A little refresher may be helpful: https://youtu.be/wxzc_2c6GMg Key takeaway for me: Sugar is sugar; as long as the carb (rice, bee hoon, prata, bread, pasta, cake, etc) you eat gets digested, it is just sugar! Most believe that these are signs (weight gain, larger waist, high blood pressure, etc) of aging but they would be wrong. Unless genetic conditions are confirmed, these are signs of poor food choices. And ... they can be quite easily reversed. ☺️
