While eating more fats might seem uncomfortable, that's like because we grew up being told that eating fat was bad. What we were NOT told is that the liver makes more than 80% of the body's fats. Since 2015, the American Heart Association removed the cap on total fat intake. Singapore continues to _sell_ the idea that low-fat is good. Still, it is your health and only you can decide what's best for you.
