Hmmm .... "Really no good scientific reason" to avoid dietary fat! And yet, MOH says this on its website about the difference between MyHealthyPlate and the Food Pyramid:" Both convey information about food groups and how to eat healthily. The information about *what* to eat and *how much* to eat is *the same* in both. That's because the *same scientific information* is used to develop both guides." Does this concern you? Could we have been following what the US now claims is something not based in science?Has someone been lying? 🤔i
