From a concerned friend… Calories has been a common concern, particularly too much of it. That concern has been fueled by media and for some, even their doctors. Today, however, it is more important to be concerned with what you eat: https://www.facebook.com/share/v/18Bn75F9va/ Hard to believe as it may seem, it is hard to overeat proteins and fats and very easy to do so for carbs. Unfortunately carbs, especially refined ones, spike blood sugar (which damages the *small* arteries and veins) and keeps insulin high (which damages the *large* arteries and veins).
