Is Ceylon Cinnamon legit in lowering blood sugar

hey Jim, is this legit? https://www.facebook.com/share/v/19dt87oeLJ/?mibextid=wwXIfr Ii mixes facts with false info (he claims that cutting carbs does not help; that's not true) and in the end, it is selling a supplement. Given the large numbers of diabetes, if these supplements work, word would have spread quickly; it hasn't. His movements are also quite limited and that is not normal. Next there is no mention of clinical studies done to show it's safety and efficacy. So, while some of the content is "legit", overall, I'd see this as another marketing ploy. The solution I'd adopted is free and only required a change of food choice. That has been my basis for comparing with any solution offered. Sent from my iPhone
