Still you might wonder if MOH/HPB's recommendation of 3/4 plate of carbs will result in the same problem of fat gain? if you have been slowly and steadily gaining weight, then you have your answer, The body was "designed" never to store more carbs than it can with fats. High blood sugar is a problem as they physically damage the arteries. Are you still willing to expose yourself to daily damage over a food group not even considered to be essential for life?
