Here's something that many have almost automatically dismissed as being unhealthy. The only thing is that those who have cut all their carbs seems to be thriving. If that is not a cognitive disconnect, I am not sure what is. I hope you are curious enough to have a watch and if still curious, ascertain if the claims are genuine. You might, as I have, discover that the common rhetoric of a healthy diet is anything but. Even if so, this does not negate personal beliefs; it just brings into light that there is more to food than what the "authorities" (aka Big Foods) have been saying/selling.
